Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the Roto operator shown in your photos. 

As for the lock, take a look and compare the 38-138 (1-5/32") and 38-139 (1-1/2") to yours. Your original locking plate is no longer available but we do offer the 38-158. I can't guarantee that it would work since it's a slightly different style but look it over and see what you think.

If you need new sash locks are well, we would need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers and confirm if it attaches to a keeper of part of the sash frame. Thank you.
