I believe these are S385-33

Question

I don't have any installed photos but I'll get them if you need them. No numbers or markings on this lift. Incorrectly installed on the same window is a lift 2" shorter than this one and it does have numbers stamped on the side but you don't want those! The correct lift measures 33" and the bottom shoe is
1 3/32" wide.

Thanks for posting. If the shoe depth is indeed 1-3/32", and if the metal channel is 33" long (not including the nylon attachments on the ends), then yes, this is an S385-33. To know what stamp option to select, weigh the window sash these balances support. You can then use that exact weight to choose the correct stamp option. Let me know if you have further questions.
