I believe these are sliders?

Question

I have received some parts for our crank out windows from your company, which were pefect.  But while trying to install the new parts, we realized the "slider" or whatever the name of it is, is also needed.  That part is also broken.

Unfortunately, the sliders for your hinge are not available separately but we do offer the 36-048 hinge set, which is fairly versatile. Take a look and confirm if the base that attaches to the sill of your hinge matches the 10" measurement below. If so, you should be good to go as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges.
