I believe they are from a pella Window

Thanks for posting! This looks like it could be either our S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe; you could call it the "heel to toe measurement." If the depth is 1", then you want our S380-30. If the depth is 1-3/32" instead, then you want our S385-30.
