I believe this casing is vetter but I'm not sure

The crank comes out. It's opens the window fine but when I go to close it(turn out the other way) it comes out.

Start by looking at our 39-143 operator. This could be a possible match, but I'm not sure how well the dimensions match up. The important measurement here is the "wingspan" of the arms when closed. See how well ours matches up to yours.
