I call it a rail. It's connected to the sidewall of the cabinet. there is one on each sidewall

The rails that are attached to the drawer slide in the wall rails. Both of the side rails that are attached to the sidewall are broken at the rear cabinet wall where it's attached to a small rectangular black box that has a shelf that allows the wall attached rail to the shelf of the black box with a small 1/2" tube that fits in the box slot. The rail 22&1/2" long

There is a good chance we may be able to provide you with a suitable replacement match for the drawer slides and the compatible hardware but I'll need to see photos to identify them. I'll need to see what you have to ensure our hardware would be interchangeable with it.
