I hav reason to believe it might be made by Reynolds, maybe. That is my neighbors guess based on some paperwork he had around the house. He could not find any brand name on his either.

This does look a lot like our 90-276 Round Sash Lock, which is associated with the Reynolds brand. Look over the dimensions listed in the pictures, and see if this matches up.
