I cannot find any markings on the door or the handles pictured

Question

I am looking for a complete replacement for all the items pictured. It does not have to be brass, black or white will do. Can you identify the door this came off of? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for posting. See are 40-058 or 40-152. Either have been used by past customers to replace your type of handle set. Take a look and see what you think.
