I cannot find the correct balance on the site

I'm assuming this may have to be a custom order but I have attached pictures of the broken balance. It says 35ds 37 bsi. It's 36" in length and I ordered the S385-36 option 3550 which is too small. The ordered pet is not 36" in length, it's actually 34". Is there a reason it's short? Please advise.

Thanks for writing in. If you ordered an S385-36, and the metal channel on the new balance is just 34" in length, that indeed is unusual and would be the incorrect balance. Can you confirm the order number for me?

If you're certain your old balance matches the S385-36, but it has a stamp code of 35DS37, that 37 should signify that your window sash weighs 37 pounds. You can always check this to confirm. In that case, you should be able to use the stamp option of 3560, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 35 through 39 pounds.
