I can't figure out brand my sliding door is

I'm sorry to say that the provided stickers don't tell me anything about the door itself. There should be another sticker on the inside of the frame with a marking like "AAMA" or "NAMI." These are certification stickers that very often--though not always--give a code that can link us to a manufacturer. Would your door have anything like that?

You're very welcome! If you can't find a certification sticker like I've described, then your options are very limited. What you could do is ask a local professional who is familiar with homes in the area. Odds are your neighbors have patio doors exactly like yours, so ideally you can find someone who has worked on those very same doors and can at least point you in the right direction.
