I can't figure out why slides don't work

Question

Drawer Slide is about 14 3/4" long and 3/4" wide. Dresser slide is about 15 1/2" long and 1 1/2" wide.

The track doesn't have anything to keep dresser and drawer on track.

If it lacks drawer sockets and guides, nylon pieces usually at either end, this might be why the track doesn't work. However, the tracks also may be too worn to run properly. Looks like you have a centered undermount track, so I recommend seeing if you can replace this setup with our 32-053 kit, which comes with all the parts you'd need.
