I can't find any information on this balancer

Question

I had a triple glass window, double hung windows. The balance had failed and windows dropped down.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance appears to be a plain channel, tilt window balance with a terminal clip. We can supply the replacement but I'll need to know the length of the channel and the stamp etched into it.

The balance shoe reminds me of the 15-178 or the 15-188. To determine which of these is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
