I can't find any names or part numbers

Question

Both springs are broken and I can't find any product names, brand names, or part numbers anywhere on the window or other windows in the house. Hoping you can help me figure out how to replace these parts. Thank you!

Thanks for contacting us. Looks like you need a new coil balance assembly. We do sell these parts separately, which I'll list for your review.

15-180 pivot shoe
Series 190 coil spring
15-186 spring clip
15-182 bushing

Please review the photos and dimensions we show for each part on their respective store page to verify that they match. Note that you will need the stamp printed on the original spring to pick the proper Series 190 coil spring weight option.
