I can't find these replacements anywhere.

I believe the windows are from 2015 most likely bought in sears so finding any replacements has been hard. Any help?

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid we do not have replacement hardware for this internal tilt latch and lever. A lot of this hardware is no longer made. I think you may be better off seeing if you could convert your window to use surface mounted tilt latches like the 26-228 and 26-229, or the 26-193 and 26-194. The video below shows how to do this.
