I can't identify what model number to purchase for replacements

A landlord from Maui, Hawaii says:

Thats the only markings on the window slide/lift assist.
I've been searching online, but its been entirely unsuccessful, sites end up directing me towards all sorts of irrelevant parts and pieces.

If you can help find a model number for me or maybe even help me place an order I would be very appreciative
