Thanks for posting. For the tilt latches, see if our 26-243 and 26-244 match what you have. You'll need to remove one and compare to the dimensions below to see if this pair matches what you need.

The rod in your window is called a balance, which helps regulate the opening and closing of the window. I am afraid these rod balances are no longer made, but you should be able to replace this with one of our sturdier tilt window channel balances, here. To determine which, please send us a picture of whatever shoe, attachment, or hook is at the bottom of the rod balance and connects to the window sash. The identity of this piece will determine what channel balances you can use as a substitute.
