I did not see any part numbers or markings, but your measurements for 23-042 with a round boss seem to match

I am wondering if:

1. you think your part # 23-042 "Mirror Wardrobe Door Roller Assembly Round" boss matches my photos. I measured and the measurements seem to fit.

2. If I just slide the old wheel assembly out after taking the door off the tracks, and slide a new assembly over the currently installed Boss. Or is it a bit more complex to install a new assembly.

After about 35 years many of my Mirror Wardrobe Door Roller's do not even roll in the tracks anymore, they are dragged to open.

It looks like your old roller has a rounded "spine," so I do believe the 23-042 is your best bet.

To remove these, you will have to remove the door and slide the old one out, yes. It's pretty straight forward.
