I didn't find any markings or names, but I didn't know where to look.

A quick learner from Ann Arbor, MI says:
The coils of the coil balancer are broken in multiple windows. 1 window measures ~17" tall for the sash (1/2 of the window) and 2 other windows that measure ~31" for the sash. Please let me know if you you can identify what parts to buy from the attached pictures. If not, please let me know where to find identifying markings for part #, etc.

Thank You.

From your photo, it looks like your 15-180 balance shoe and 15-181 support clip are still in good shape. You only need to replace the broken springs, which are Series 190. You'll need to remove the sash, unscrew the coil support and balance shoe, and then look at the end of the spring (the part screwed to the shoe) for the spring weight number, which you will need to place an order.
