I am trying to locate this balance for our home windows. The home was built in the year 2000. I don't have any info on these windows. They were installed by Empire Builders. We live in Apex, NC 27502. Thank you for any help you can provide. James

This looks like a 15-186 Coil Balance Clip, which is uses with Series 190 Coil Balances. The Pivot Shoe is likely our 15-180. Remove and compare to confirm.
