A home owner from Richford Vermont says:
We have double sash bonneville windows bought in 2003 the grey part the allows window fo tilt in is broken. I also have put a block to hold window open
The bottom part on 2 on right are broken

Beginning with your pivot shoe, I noticed we recommended the 15-015 pivot shoe back in November of 2018 when you inquired about it previously. If you have not had an opportunity to review the part, please take a look and see what you think. As for the pivot bar, we will need you to remove an undamaged version from the window and upload it for us to see. Please also include measurements.
