I need the spring loaded one and the plastic thing that it goes into.

Hey there!
The balance could be the 3/8" Series 900 or 9/16" Series 600. The best match will depend on the outer diameter of the tube. As for the pivot shoe, the 15-015 comes to mind though this is just an educated guess. I recommend you remove the old one to confirm the specifications.
I'm afraid we don't sell a spiral balance with 1/2" diameter. The 15-015 is commonly used with our 9/16" Series 600 though, which is the best we can offer.
