I don't know which leanth to order

Question

I know it is a Series 380 channel Balance, but I don't know what length to get. When I measure the metal part only, I get 25 and 5/8 in. Should I order the 25 in or 26 in?

Thanks for contacting us. The Series 380 will not replace this, you have a special type that has to be custom made. I'd be happy to do it for you, but we will need a bit more information. First, can you tell me what the stamp printed on the metal channel reads? Can you also show me a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? Finally, how many of these did you need?
