I do't see this shoe, or coil

Question

I originally put this request in back in June of 2021. An agent requested some additional information because my balance covers look like 15-156 or 15-185 from the coil balance accessories page.
He said he need to see more of the pivot lock shoe to determine the best match replacement. He also stated in the response that I would remove the shoe in order to properly measure it.
I was wondering at this point what information you need to help with the replacement and if we could attempt to send me again the links needed to get the correct parts.

Thanks for writing in! This isn't a coil balance assembly I recognize, so it may be a bit older. There's a good chance we can supply you with a replacement solution but I'll need to do some digging to determine the best match. To start, please confirm the dimensions for the width and the thickness of the shoe, and also the thickness of the coil spring.

Since we do not have a direct replacement for your assembly it would be a good idea to obtain the exact weight of the sash. The stamp from the spring is a quite difficult to read, unfortunately.

You should also be aware that our replacement shoe may not be compatible with your existing pivot bar. May I please see photo of this as well?
