After some time finally was able to find the stamped numbers 29 4 also in vertical BS and
horizontal A

Length is 30" Nominal size 1/2", on the online catalog I was not able to find the number.
The information is from one balance 9 of the windows are equal one is shorter in the withe.
is shorter.

Hello there!

It sounds like you need new window balances. We'd be happy to help but we would need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end fittings intact and show us some photos. The video below will go into more detail.

Thanks for your prompt reply l already have done my homework and found that the balances are series # 380 any ways I will get another one to confirm and send you photo
of both.

I'll be here to help whenever you can get those photos for us! In the meantime, I would also recommend measuring the depth of the balance's bottom fitting as shown in the image below. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe while the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe.
