I have 2 types of spring, coil and spiral

Question

4 of the pix shows the coil spring, I think it's broken. Can I get just the coil spring only, and which one.
The other pix shows the bottom of the spiral spring, the cylinder is 3/8" x27" long, that sash is about 5 lbs.

I can't be positive with the coil balance still installed but your photos resemble the 15-180 pivot shoe, which uses the S190 coil springs. You can replace just the coils if the rest of the hardware is still in good condition but 5 Ibs. is quite light for a window using two coils on each side. I would recommend removing the coils from the window to check the numbers stamped on them, which would indicate the correct strength options needed for your replacements. Thank you!
