I have 6 operators that do not work at all.

A handy person from Kingston, MA 02364, USA says:
My daughter just bot a home with operators like this. six in total I would like to replace. It is stamped truth 30796 on the arm. I think 3 are left and 3 are right. Does any other hardware need replacing as well?

Thank you

Rick

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Rick. I believe these operators are an older version of the 39-172 and 39-171. Look over our pictures and dimensions and let me know if you had any questions.

I will go measure tonight. Would I need to replace any other hardware?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

You should be able to reuse all the old parts as long as none of them are damaged.
