I need to replace the bottom swing arm that is screwed to the bottom of the wood casement window and snaps onto the sill. it keeps the opening slide equal to the top slide. The operating arm is 5" long pivoting on the solid arm screwed to the bottom of the sash about 8".

The plastic slide and rail are not needed. This Sieara Window has the plastic slide guide attached to the sash and the rail it slides in is built into the casement. It's a simple single 5" arm attached to a flat metal arm screwed to the bottom of the movable sash. The pivoting arm has a hole and a keeper lock to hold the arm on a stud mounted on the windowsill.

Hello,
Based on your description, it sounds like you may be looking for either casement window hinges or an operator. There's a good chance that we can help in either case but we would need to see photos of the entire assembly that you are looking to replace to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
