We'd be happy to help but, unforutnately, the stamp code does not identify the correct replacement, only the strength needed to support the weight of the window. To get started, we would need to see photos of the fittings attached to both ends of your metal channel, as well as the clip at the end fo the pulley cord. Also, please confirm the number of balances that you're looking to replace and we can go from there. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Unforutnately, the assembly shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an intact balance from the other side or an identical window in the house with undamaged to and bottom fittings to narrow down your replacement options.
