Will your lock case 40-194, fit on my door, the only difference I see is where the lock mechanism goes into the lock case see pictures.

Our 40-194 will not work for you, no. The hole that takes the key lock is a different shape and therefore will not be compatible with your existing handle set.

This looks closer to the mortise that comes with our 40-049 handle set, though it is unfortunately not sold separately. Review our dimensions and see how well they compare.
