I have a Simonton window that needs the pivot shoe coil support and spring and pivot bar

The label on the window is: Simonton 6420790/04 43.7500 45.50000 65DHWI 50407LEAR 4/21/06 B16WH

Can you tell me what the correct replacement parts I need for the outside tilt window section?

I'm afraid these numbers don't tell us what hardware your window uses. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see your pivot shoe and pivot bar removed from the window to compare to our inventory.
