I need to get the correct replacement part but having trouble figuring it out.
attached are photos that I hope will make clear to you what I need to order.
The left side is broken as when looking out the window from in the house.
The window weighs 13 pounds.
When broken what I can tell is the coil broke off the fixed part of the system that is at the top and screwed into the track.
What I'm not sure about is weather the system is all one part with the top piece housing the coil/spring which in turn is connected to the bottom piece. The window has hooks which insert into the bottom piece???
Finally, I see a video on line for a triple coil system but nothing for a single coil system. Is there a video out there to help me. If not I'm assuming that the same process to cut out the old one applies here as well.
Then again, we all know that "Assume" can do for a person.
So, any help you can provide me will be gratefully appreciated.
Most importantly, what's the part #, I'm thinking I should replace both the right and left at one time, what the web-site is to order from.
