I have a window with a truth entry guard operator. It looks like the 39-032, but the short arm has a step up. Do you sell one like that? The 39-032 appears to have a step down.

We appreciate your question. I am afraid we do not offer such a part like what you are describing. Our 39-032 operator is the only option we offer. Many customers have been able to get this part to work for their window.
