I have broken balance strings on three windows.

Question

thestrings come from a unit in the top of the case and attaches to the windows allowing them to move and be in place.

My window marking on my Anderson is Cig 2 3 94.6

Thanks for posting. If these are sash balance boxes for Andersen Narroline windows, we will need you to remove the old sash balance box and send us pictures of all the stamps on the box.
