I have multiple windows in need of replacement parts

Question

Attached are photos of the balance I removed from just one of my windows in need of replacement parts. Nearly all of the balances in my windows have locked up or broke. Requesting assistance in the identification of this type of balance. Does it come as an assembly as shown with the cover, spring, chords, plastic parts, and balance shoe? Do they come in sets or just singles? I know I will be needing different lengths and will gather that information from the other windows if we are able to go forward getting the replacement parts.

Hi Clyde. This looks like our Series 775 Channel Balance. Yes, these balances come fully assembled. They are sold as singles, but you can set the quantities you need while on our store page. To know what you need to select for each balance you need to replace, you will need to measure the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachment, to determine the balance length. You will then need to locate the stamp option on the metal channel. Finally, you'll need to measure the size of the bottom attachment. Let us know if you have any questions.
