I have two different windows

Question

one channel is 27 inches long metal part and the ends are in the photos (all of the metal parts say "26 4 AQ CALDWELL")

Second channel is 24 inches long and the ends are the same as the one in the photos (the metal on this one doesn't say anything)

Thanks for posting. For your 27" balance, see our S385-27 and S380-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare with your old balance and see what matches best. For this length balance you will need a stamp option of 2640.

For your other-sized balance, if the nylon attachments are the same, then see either our S385-24 or S380-24. To know what stamp option you'll need to select, you will need to weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed with each stamp option on the balance product pages.
