Hello Swisco,

I am writing to request assistance with an Atrium single-hung window. The slide pieces on both sides are broken, and because the window spring assembly is no longer attached to these pieces, the window will not stay open.

The spring assembly is stamped with part number 26C-BSTN (or possibly BS[Additional Characters]). Currently, the window is unusable as the assembly cannot be reattached in its current state.

Could you please advise on the necessary repairs or provide information on obtaining replacement parts? I have attached photos of the side piece and the spring assembly for your reference.
