It's a ply gem sliding patio door handle. I can't find where to buy this anywhere. I just need the lever itself for the outside (so opposite of this photo).

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for your door handle assembly. Your best bet would be to contact Ply Gem directly to discuss your replacement options. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
