I have a used Pella door, It is wood interior, aluminum outside, opens from left to right standing outside the house. Is a Impervia 809R2109 door handle what I need?
Thanks for your help

Thanks for contacting us! It's hard to say exactly what you need without seeing the original handle. I am also not familiar with that serial number. Could you give me the distance between the screw hole centers, center-to-center? I'd like to know what they are for both the inner and outer pair. Let me know!

6 3/4 from the middle of the top whole to the middle of the bottom hole. ( I can see that the handle was screwed in here.) 4 1/3 nothing was screwed into the top hole (There is an insulation that has not been punctured) and the bottom whole I am pretty sure is where the thumb lock goes in.

So far we haven't been able to find a new replacement for this handle. However, I might have an idea. You might be able to use our 82-035 and 82-218 as possible substitutes for the handle and interior lock. I've never done it before, so I'm not sure it will work, but for lack of finding a better replacement it is the best thing we can offer. Take a look and see what you think.
