Hey there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. The coil balance looks like our S210-20. I can't be 100% certain of the pivot bar with it installed but the 26-398 or 26-405 might be what you're searching for. I recommend you remove undamaged versions of your old hardware to confirm the specifications align.
