I need 2 channel balances

A contractor from Hobe Sound Fl says:

I need 2 channel balancers 1/2" with 19-037 tops and 15-005 shoes. There are no markings on the windows to tell me the manufacturer. The balancers are stamped with 2920. Windows are approx. 35 yrs old. single hung non tilt. The channel that the balancer slides in is about 1 1/4" wide
