I need 2 channel guides

Hello.  I'm not sure what size to order.  I need to channel guides and the plastic pieces that go on top and bottom as shown in the photos.  I also need the in metal clip shown as well.

You have a special kind of balance that will have to be custom made. Before we begin, can you show me a clearer picture of the metal clip or hook at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me what stamp is printed on it, and the length of the metal channel? Finally, how many did you need?
