Hi Noe,

Your customer's window operator looks like it could be the 39-188 Sash Dyad Crank, the opposite handed version is the 39-187. It appears that they have a folding handle like the 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle but there is also the option to purchase the 39-114L.

The bracket attaching the link arm to the bottom of the swinging window sash is the 39-514 Stud Bracket, the opposite version is the 39-513.

It appears that one of the arms connected to the window hinge has become corroded, causing it to break. I believe you can use the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set to repair it but you'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions.

This set can be used to replace the top and bottom hinges for both left and right handed applications.
