The windows are from Sears in 2005 the latch is missing

Thanks for your post! Your sweep lock is similar to the 90-077C Truth Window Lock. It does not have the alignment tabs but I do believe the will work well as a replacement.

The keeper reminds me of the 90-331 Face Mount Keeper.

Take a look over the specifications and compare them to determine if these are the replacements you'll need.
