Okay great! So now it's just a question of what color tip option you need. For the S500-49, a Red Tip option will hold up to 30 lbs, while a Black Tip option will hold up to 40 lbs. It sounds like you believe you need the Red Tip; but just to be safe, my colleague Bob is going to send you an email with two different custom links, one to order (6) of the S500-49 Red Tip, and another to order (6) of the S500-49 Black Tip. That way, you can order either option just in case the exact weight of your window sash falls in the Black Tip range.
