Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. However, I'm afraid the stamped number here isn't a part number so I don't know what it is that you need exactly. Can you upload clear photos of the top and bottom fittings?

Here are the photos for my (8) needed Channel Balances. Please let me know which model I need to by. The metal part of the balances are exactly 28" long.

Thank you, Kirk! These photos are perfect. Depending on the depth of the bottom shoe, you'll want the S351-28 or S390-28 channel balance with the 2740 stamp option. Measure as shown below to determine which is the best match.
