I need 8 of these

Question

I need 8 of these inserts that hold the bottom of the window balancers. The balancers that connect to the we're the last ones ordered a couple of weeks ago. Every time I attempt to take one of the inserts out, they break. The photos I'm sending are the best I can get.

Thanks for writing in! It appears you are searching for a balance shoe or bottom sash clip for a non-tilt spiral balance. Unfortunately, I am unable to identify the replacement based on the photos provided.

I'll need to see an undamaged shoe/clip removed from the sash to identify the best possible replacement. Please also include the written measurements of the shoe as it is hard to get an accurate measurement from the photo of the tape measurer next to the shoe.
