I need Pivot Shoe

I need one of these parts i have no idea what it is i just know how to fix it. My customers one snapped and i need a new one.

Thanks for posting. See our 15-087 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 180 Coil Springs. Take a look and see what you think.
