I need a 28" balance from WND-1 manf

Question

The balance is stamped 2730 BS1 RC.
tag on the window states A-L-1 Validator
series Next Dimension Vinyl SH single hung
It measures 1/2" x 28"
can you tell me which replacement part to order?
additional I need the stop at the top of the sash. Pus in a separate communication
