I need a 28 inch 3/8 inch wide, black bushing tilt window spiral balance

Thanks for reaching out! Being completely transparent,  3/8" tilt spiral balances are not made with a black tip.

Given that information, you'll need to start with triple checking the diameter of your spiral balance's outer tube to verify that it is a 3/8" measurement, and not 5/8" (also 9/16"). Be sure that you are measuring the the outer tube and not the spring to get the most accurate measurement.

Also, you will need to obtain the exact weight of your sash so that we can ensure your balances will be able to support it.
