I need a balancer for a Pella window

Hi,

I have a window with broken channel balances. The metal length is 29-5/8" and 1/2" wide, and I included pictures of both ends. The black plastic piece is 1 1/8". Could you help find the correct parts?

Hey there Victor.

We can help with this via custom order. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending of 29-5/8" which is what makes it custom. I'll just need a few more details to get this moving for you. Can you show us photos of the bottom show from a side angle? We will also need to see the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord. Lastly, how many balances are you looking to replace?

I'm afraid we can't move forward without that clip. There are a few different styles but they aren't interchangeable. Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that as a reference. Could you confirm the stamp printed on the metal channel? My apologies for missing that detail.
